For a nation to prosper it must with its neighbours
Question:
Why is it important for countries to trade with each other?
Answer:
A country needs to trade with its neighbours if it wants to prosper. World poverty can only be solved through trade. Countries that are more open to international commerce have a higher rate of economic growth, a higher rate of innovation and productivity, and they are able to provide their citizens with more resources and opportunities. The price reductions brought about by open commerce are also beneficial to low-income families. According to the principles of international trade theory, specialisation can benefit a country even if it possesses a comparative advantage. There is less rivalry in an untapped foreign market, more opportunities for diversification, and perhaps even financial gains from differences in currency exchange rates among the many advantages of international trading for a corporation.
